Kramer courts capital for new ILS fund

Serial (re)insurance entrepreneur Don Kramer is talking to institutional investors about opportunities in the insurance-linked capital markets sector, Trading Risk can reveal.

The founder of at least five P&C (re)insurers, who retired from his executive position at Bermudian Ariel Holdings last year, confirmed that he is "listening to ideas in the ILS sector".
