Axa closes EUR100mn motor notes

French insurance giant Axa has re-approached the capital markets with its fourth motor insurance securitisation, issuing EUR97.9mn in the latest Series D notes from its Sparc Europe shelf facility.

The three year Sparc Europe (junior) compartment 2010 Class D notes, which have been issued a rating of BB- by Fitch Ratings, will securitise four quota share motor treaties from Belgium, Germany, Italy and Spain.
