Elementum launches Bermuda management arm

Chicago-based insurance-linked investment manager Elementum Advisors has launched a Bermudian management firm, Trading Risk can reveal.

Associate Nicholas Jagoda will move to Bermuda to man the office of Elementum (Bermuda) Ltd. before the end of the year, according to founding principal Tony Rettino.

"We have had a presence on Bermuda for many years," Rettino told Trading Risk. "This move will assist in the management of our existing portfolios, as well as support the further growth of our business."
