Guggenheim Securities launches P&C transformer

US broker-dealer Guggenheim Securities has launched a Bermuda transformer, as tipped by Trading Risk in March, with Horseshoe Group appointed as local manager.

The transformer, as its title The Property and Casualty Reinsurance Company of Bermuda (PCRC) indicates, will target P&C business to complement Guggenheim's focus on life business.
