Willis Re has hired two new brokers to bolster its ILW desk.

Crawford Henderson moved internally this summer from the firm's European team, while James Troughton joined the desk at the end of August from Execution Noble, where he had previously traded ILWs.

Both brokers report to executive director Henry Kingham.

Execution Noble, meanwhile, has hired Ian Newman from Guy Carpenter and Johnny Fraser to its reinsurance team, which is headed by Matt Fitzgerald...
