Mutual Omaha completes $150mn XXX deal

Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has closed a $150mn, 7-year life XXX transaction for Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, Trading Risk can reveal.

The transaction, one of a series of life deals predicted by Trading Risk, provides capital relief for a finite book of term life insurance policies underwritten by one of Mutual of Omaha's operating companies and was rated AA- by Standard and Poors (S&P).
