Ex-Horizon21 fund manager Urs Ramseier has launched his new Swiss investment firm Twelve Capital, as predicted by Trading Risk in late July.

The seven-strong ILS team from Horizon21 is transferring to Twelve Capital in what managing partner Ramseier describes as a "friendly spin-off".

It comes after Horizon21 founder Rainer-Marc Frey decided to close the firm's doors to outside investors earlier this year.
