Are we in danger of creating an exclusive club for the cat bond fraternity, where $100mn is the new threshold for entry to the room. Or where the key to the door marked "$1bn club members only" is the one everyone needs to succeed?

Or is the door wide open to the little guys who bring double-digit millions to the party?

It was a concern expressed by this month's Trading Floor interviewee, Mark Gibson, which prompted me to ponder whether...
