WHERE DO YOU SEE THE INSURANCE-LINKED CAPITAL MARKETS SECTOR IN 12 MONTHS TIME?
I am convinced that the market will grow further. The overall volume of reinsurance capacity transacted with capital market investors has increased significantly over the last 12 months with a clear focus on private transactions such as collateralised reinsurance/retro and industry loss warranties (ILWs). I expect a continuation of this shift from traditional reinsurance markets to capital market investors.
