Twelve Capital in private bank ILS tie-up

Swiss-based alternative investor Twelve Capital has expanded its partnership with Bank Sarasin to sell ILS.

Twelve's ILS products will be badged with Bank Sarasin's brand and rolled out to its client base, the firm said today (16 January).

Swiss-based Bank Sarasin already sells European subordinated insurance bonds for Twelve in a SFr100mn fund.

The bank noted clients were increasingly interested in ILS "because of their attractive return levels as well as their low correlation to other asset classes".
