Brian Boornazian has moved up to the role of executive chairman and Emil Issavi has been named CEO and president. Steve Capodanno has taken on the role of COO in addition to his existing responsibilities as head of claims.

Ryan Re was set up as an MGA in 2019 and Boornazian previously held the CEO role.
