Aspen Capital Markets has hired Andy von Reitzenstein as a portfolio manager.

He was formerly chief underwriting officer, North America, at Bernina Re and will be based in Bermuda.

Aspen Capital Partners CEO Brian Tobben said he looked forward to working with von Reitzenstein.
