Covid BI loss negotiations are not just going to be driven by reinsurers and insurers, but also from the end of the risk transfer chain – by retro providers pressing reinsurers for clarity on their reserves.

If there are not already cases in arbitration something that is difficult to confirm given the bilateral nature of such negotiations – it seems generally agreed that this will be the next step, and soon.
