CFC secures pension fund and ILS money for Syndicate 1988

CFC Underwriting has lined up a pension fund and an ILS fund on its roster of capital backers for Lloyd’s Syndicate 1988, which will commence underwriting on 1 July.

The MGA has also secured Funds at Lloyd’s for the syndicate from reinsurers located in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and Japan, and has also put its own capital behind the syndicate.
