Aon vs DoJ court date set for November

OLD DONT USE OLD

Aon will have to wait until November at the earliest to argue the case in Federal Court for its $30bn merger with Willis Towers Watson.

US District Court Judge Reggie Walton has scheduled the trial in the Department of Justice’s (DoJ) case against Aon to start on November 18, more than two months after the date the defendants had argued proceedings should begin.
