AlphaCat Managers portfolio manager head Alex Winfield is leaving the business, after a series of other underwriting departures at the firm last year, sources have said.

It is understood that incoming CUO for AlphaCat Adam Szakmary is set to take on portfolio management responsibilities after Winfield’s departure.
