Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM) has lifted its stake in Occam Underwriting to a majority share and provided the Managing General Agency with additional funds for growth, including the hire of a specialty underwriter from Vibe.

The investment will support Occam to expand into new lines of complex risk by hiring talent and building out its technology platform, following the June departure of its cyber team.
