Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM) has promoted Matt Berdoff, Jason Braunstein and Wendy Wong-Tsang to partner.

All three were previously managing directors.

Berdoff has developed and led the firm’s investor relations and business development efforts since the firm’s launch in 2016, contributing to over $3.3bn
