Brit group CEO Matthew Wilson is to take an indefinite leave of absence for health reasons, the company has announced.

Wilson has worked for Brit since 1999, when he started the international property division.

He serves on the boards of Brit Ltd, Brit Syndicates and Brit Insurance Services USA.
