McGill and Partners has gained regulatory approval to open a Bermuda operation later this month, with Kate Vacher taking on the role of CEO.

She began her career in London as an underwriter at Lloyd’s, before joining Aspen Insurance where she held a number of senior roles including group director of underwriting.
