Expansive MGA Occam Underwriting is to acquire terrorism-focused MGA Beech Underwriting, an approved Lloyd’s coverholder, subject to approval by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Following the acquisition, Geoff Stilwell, Andrew Woodhams and Matt Gates will continue to lead the Beech team from their Maidstone offices.
