Isosceles Re clears $21.5mn private ILS deal

Marsh’s Isosceles Re platform has listed its fourth private ILS transaction of the year with a $21.5mn issuance, Bermuda Stock Exchange filings show.

The deal took total volumes of private ILS transactions tracked by this publication to $623mn.

It is the second largest deal handled by Isosceles Re to date this year behind a $25mn transaction in April.
