ILS Capital takes Helios stake to 19.4%

Lloyd’s investment platform Helios has said the 1609 Fund purchased £280,000 ($376,334) worth of shares in an off-book transaction last week that took the ILS fund’s overall stake in Helios to 19.4%.

The 1609 Fund is run by ILS Capital Management, led by Tom Libassi.

Last week’s transaction took place at a 160p per share value, indicating the stake has appreciated by nearly 5% relative to the company’s 167.5p
