Nephila sells stake in MGA Volante Global to Acrisure

Nephila has sold its stake in MGA Volante Global for an undisclosed sum to Acrisure, which has forecast that premiums at the multi-class coverholder will hit $1bn by 2025.

Volante was founded by Talbir Bains in 2017 and prior to the Acrisure transaction its majority investor was Markel subsidiary Nephila.
