Insured P&C losses stemming from the war in Ukraine could potentially be close to $15bn, according to WTW’s most recent Marketplace Realities report.

However, the broker said the industry is more than ready to handle the $15bn in losses the Ukraine crisis could yield, as policyholder surplus has surpassed $1tn, while net income is at “unprecedented” levels.
