Bermuda’s value proposition is much broader than tax and if a global minimum tax is brought in, the island will find a way to withstand the change, as it has done with prior tax changes, Bermuda Premier David Burt said.

Speaking to Inside P&C at RIMS’s Risk World Conference, Burt said: “We will look at what is necessary to be competitive in the new global tax regime that may come and make any adjustments we need to.”
