Scor expects to report a loss for Q1 2022 due to a charge in the high double-digit million Euro range for claims from the Ukraine conflict, as well as claims from global nat cat events.

The reinsurer said the conflict had consequences for lines including aviation, political risks and credit and surety, and that it is expecting related claims across both treaty reinsurance and specialty insurance.
