Heavy rain forecast for central-south Florida in first tropical storm watch of 2022

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has put tropical storm warnings in place for regions of central-south Florida as the first potential Atlantic tropical cyclone of the year is developing at a time when some carriers are still struggling to complete reinsurance programmes.
