UPC sells off flood insurance portfolio renewal rights to Wright Flood for $3.6mn

UPC has sold off the renewal rights to its National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) portfolio to Wright Flood for $3.6mn.

UPC will be responsible for costs in excess of $200,000, while Texan-based Wright Flood will be responsible for up to $200,000 of costs associated with the transfer of the policies.
