Vesttoo has hired Stefano Sola as global head of capital markets, in charge of capital raising for its insurance linked programme (ILP) as well as business development.

He will also build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, banks, investment banks and funds to increase capacity, asset allocation, sales, and distribution.
