Andy Palmer has been named chief executive of Swiss Re Capital Markets Limited (SRCML), the UK investment arm of Swiss Re.

The UK entity functions alongside Swiss Re Capital Markets Corporation in the US and Swiss Re Capital Markets Europe in Luxembourg, with the three between them covering ILS investors and sponsors globally.
