Aon has reshaped the leadership of its Aon Insurance Managers (AIM) business, promoting Steve Britton to global managing director and Mike Pickard to global director, in roles that span the broker’s ILS management and commercial reinsurance business. 

The moves follow the departure of Anup Seth, formerly global leader, underwriting solutions, at AIM (Bermuda). 

Britton’s role has expanded to include commercial reinsurance globally in addition to his position overseeing ILS globally.
