Karen Clark & Company has introduced new climate-conditioned catalogues for hurricane, flood and wildfire, including three views for 2050, which reflect differing emissions scenarios published by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

The model releases provide five climate catalogues for each of the three perils most impacted by climate change, projecting out to 2025, 2030 and 2050.
