Sal Tucci has departed Aspen Capital Partners after more than a decade and founded Jireh Risk Advisors, a Bermuda-based ILS consultancy.

The ILS executive’s LinkedIn profile described the new venture as “a specialised services firm providing risk transformation, distribution and fronting solutions to investors/funds in the collateralised reinsurance, sidecar and cat bond market”.
