World Bank Chile cat bond becomes first to list on Hong Kong Exchange

The World Bank's Chile quake catastrophe bond has become the first ILS to list on the Hong Kong Exchange (HKEX), as the domicile set out its aspiration to be a leading global centre for insurance risk transfer.
