CatIQ estimates Canada insured Dorian losses at $79mn

Catastrophe Indices and Quantification (CatIQ) has pegged Canadian insured losses resulting from Hurricane Dorian at over C$105mn ($78.8mn).

Personal property accounted for 70 percent of this amount, commercial property 25 percent and the remaining 5 percent for damage to cars.
